一. Preparation work
1. Ensure safety: Park the vehicle in a safe place, turn off the engine and disconnect the power supply to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2. Prepare tools: Prepare the required tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, insulating tape, etc.
3. Choose the appropriate headlight and note that trucks generally use 24V voltage.
二. Disassemble the old light bulb
1. Open the hood: Find and open the hood of the vehicle and find the headlight assembly.
2. Find the fixing screws: According to the instructions in the vehicle manual, find the screws or buckles that fix the headlight assembly.
3. Loosen the screws or buckles: Use appropriate tools to loosen the screws or buckles, and carefully remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle.
4. Remove the dust cover: Open the back cover of the headlight, find and remove the dust cover to expose the bulb and socket.
5. Remove the old bulb: Gently rotate and remove the old bulb, being careful not to touch the glass part of the bulb to avoid damaging the bulb with oil from your hands.
三. Install new light bulbs
1. Install the LED headlight: Insert the new LED headlight into the socket, making sure the bulb is tightly connected to the socket. Pay attention to the direction and polarity of the LED headlights to ensure correct installation.
2. Adjust the light: Adjust the angle and focal length of the LED headlights as needed to ensure that the light illumination range and brightness meet the requirements. Some LED headlights support 360-degree rotational dimming and can be adjusted as needed.
3. Install the dust cover: Reinstall the dust cover to the headlight and ensure a good seal.
四. Fixed headlight assembly
1. Install the headlight assembly: Reinstall the headlight assembly to the vehicle and secure it with screws or buckles.
2. Check the fixation: Make sure the headlight assembly is firmly fixed on the vehicle and is not loose or wobbly.
五. Test the lighting
1. Connect the power supply: Reconnect the vehicle power supply and turn on the headlight switch.
2. Observe the light: Observe whether the newly installed LED headlights are on, and check whether the light illumination range and brightness meet the requirements. If problems are found, the bulb should be adjusted or replaced in time.
