Adjust the angle and focal length of the LED headlights as needed to ensure that the light illumination range and brightness meet the requirements. Some LED headlights support 360-degree rotational dimming and can be adjusted as needed.
Reinstall the dust cover to the headlight and ensure a good seal.
Reinstall the headlight assembly to the vehicle and secure it with screws or buckles.
Make sure the headlight assembly is firmly fixed on the vehicle and is not loose or wobbly.
Reconnect the vehicle power supply and turn on the headlight switch.
Observe whether the newly installed LED headlights are on, and check whether the light illumination range and brightness meet the requirements. If problems are found, the bulb should be adjusted or replaced in time.
